STB type Select:
This is machine special for the induction heating machine to design, and main suitable for the automatic solder, welding, brazing application.
This is the infrared automatic adjust the power output of induction heating machine. For example, if the solder temperature need 800C, when the induction heating machine heat up to 800C, then the infrared automatic to adjust the machine's power output to always keep at 800C, the temperature will not up and will not down. Or you set 3S to reach 800C, maybe 3S at the same power output can reach 900C, at this time, the infrared will automatic power output, down a little power output, let's 3S up to 800C.
But this type need adjust our inside of machine then connect this infrared, and then can work together. The person who need know much our induction heating machine can know how to adjust our machine inside to connect it, generally speaking, need adjust by our engineer
Used closed-loop control output, control output power of the induction heating machine, so that the workpiece is heated temperature stabilized at a constant temperature set point , to achieve automatic constant temperature , heating time , constant temperature and heating time heat . STE Type select:
Main suitable for the quenching, hardening application and forging application.
STE series main for hardening, quenching and forging application, this is main through set the upper limit temperature and lower limit temperature to contorl. For example: if you need hardening temperature is 800C, at this time you will set upper limit temperature is 800C, the lower limit temperature is 750C, so that when the heating temperature reach to 800C, the induction heating machine will stop it. When the workpiece lower 750C, the machine will heat again.
This series easy to connect to the induction heating machine, just let's the infrared wire connect to the our induction heating machine's switch foot signal interface, that's can control our induction heating machine.
Use the machine's main and auxiliary hot interface can control induction heating machine, stop heating when the workpiece is heated to the upper limit temperature - begin to heat when workpiece is below the lower limit temperature , that operating cycle control the workpiece temperature within the upper and lower limit temperature , automatic temperature control , and timing heating , constant temperature heating time.
Also use the machine's main and auxiliary hot interface can respectively control two heat sources, to achieve three works temperature control , or other functions ( according to customer special requirements to set )

If press temperature difference delete one time, lower limit temperature =upper limited temperature automatic.
