General Introduction
This HG-60 filling, stoppering and crimp sealing machine is automated mechanically and pneumatically. As the first generation of domestic inventive filling equipment, it is widely appraised for high automation, high yield, wide adaptability and good stability. After years' improvment, the technology is maturer, and it is ranked number 1 in the packaging field.
The machine has vial distributing(optional), automatic bottle inspection(no bottle no filling), manipulator of stoppering, and capping with crimp sealing funcions. It suits various filling materials. Compared with the similar filling machine abroad, the advantage of function is much more obvious which fully indicate our strength of design and produce on Non-standard production.
The filling machine is made of two main parts: Vial distributing or Turntable (optional) and filling. Filling contains several devices including filling, manipulator for stopper placing and pressing, capping and crimp sealing etc
