This kind of Grinding Tool Set is composed of grinding plates, grinding heads and auxiliary tools.
Two pieces of grinding plates for grinding spool: Fine Hard Alloy Grinding Plate (Φ300mm) for 1 piece and Soft Cast Iron Rough Grinding Plate (Φ300mm) for 1 piece.
Designed based on GB1047 Standard DN, there are 9 types of size of Grinding Heads for grinding valve seats, that is DN20mm, DN25mm, DN32mm, DN40mm, DN50mm, DN65mm, DN80mm, DN100mm and DN150mm, and applicable to testing various types of safety valve with nominal diameter DN32 ~ 150mm.
Internal Orientation Type, Durable and easy to use (can be grind to flate on the surface-grinding machine if wear phenomenon occur.)
