Under high stress and high speed operating, the Needle Bearing of RV Gears Reduction Mechanism becomes the weakness which is easy to be damaged and cause the other components destroyed, the RV Transmission Mechanism must be broken down and shorten the life time of the Travel Reduction, the maintenance cost will be increased.
Therefore, we launch the Innovative Travel Reduction by accurate calculated and design based on years experience in producing Construction Machinery Parts. We adopt the Involute Cylindrical Mechanism which can reduce much stress of Needle Bearings and extend the service life. You just need to replace the planetary gears and bearings when they damaged, it's not only convenience for maintenance but also save the cost.
