Series of pre-insulated pipe are available in our factory, we can provide DN12-DN2000mm, all kinds of diameters and insulation thickness of the pipe and the corresponding pipe fittings are available (elbow, tee, reducer, fixed bracket and so on)Application range:
Product application:Heat supply, cooling supply, anti-corrosive in the field of crude oil transportation, thermal insulation pipeline engineering.
Medium temperature:≤120ºC(Accidental peak<140ºC).
Medium pressure:≤2.5MPa.
Laying mode:It is mainly used for direct-buried laying, and can also be used for ditch or overhead laying pipeline.Carry standard

Polyethylene outer protection pipe is made of high-quality high density polyethylene material, with high mechanical strength and good corrosion resistance.Polyethylene resin material: Shanghai Jin Fei HHMTR480AT, Qilu petrochemical DGDB2480, Tianjin zhongsha petrochemical PN049 (level 100).The polyurethane insulation layer with good mechanical properties, according tTools & Hardware o customers' requirement, we can provide cfc-free water environmental protection insulation pipe, its low thermal conductivity, small heat loss, high mechanical performance and long-term heat resistance, on one side improve the environment and on the other side improve the product performance and quality.Material of polyurethane: Jinling bayer 44 v20 22 hk84c1013; Basf M20S.
Working steel pipe: not more than DN150, we adopt the 20# seamless steel pipe, more than DN200, we adopt Q235B spiral steel pipe.Product information

2: Where is your manufacturer? How to visit it?

Our factory located inYutian Economic Development Zone ,TangShan ,China.about 1.5 hours drive time to Beijing and TianJin airport .Mainly producing pre-insulated pipes,HDPE outer protection pipe and 3PE anti-corrosive pipe.

You can take a plane to Beijing or Tianjin.then we could pick up you at the airport .

3: How do we control our products' quality?

We have professional quality control workers and quality inspectioncenter(CNAS lab)to control the entireproduction quality.

4: How do you transport these products?

We use straps to hoist pre-insulated pipes, it can avoid noOther Equipment & Components damage to our products, no hooks for lifting pipedirectly. During the handling process, collision, tossing and more ground drag scrolling are strictly forbidden.

In the process of long distance transport, the pipes should be fixed, and not damage outer protecting pipesand insulating layers.

5: Can I customize some other sizes of products?

Yes! We can according to the customer's request.
