Door Structure

Door leaf made of wood skeleton and infillings
Solid Wood Skeleton: Fir wood strips.
Infillings: Honey comb paper / PU foam.
Honey comb paper will cost lower than the PU foam, also lighter than the other one.

PVC/WPC door skins
2mm WPC board with PVC film on the door skin surface.
More than 50 kinds of different color of PVC films.
Provide mold wpc door skin design or flush door skin as requirement.

Door frame and line
100% WPC board and 4 types optional:A/B/E/D 100/120/140/200/220/240mm.
For the architraves, we provide T and L shape optional.
Very easy to install, customized as you required.
