Feature
The separate MZ series welding machine is semi-automatic, but it can be matched with the ZD series submerged arc welding power source produced by our company to form an automatic submerged arc welding machine.
(1) The small wheels of the submerged arc automatic welding machine should be well insulated, the wires should be well insulated, and the wires should be straightened out during the working process to prevent twisting and burning by slag.
(2) The control box and the welding machine enclosure should be reliably grounded (zero) to prevent leakage. The terminal block cover must be covered.
(3) During the welding process, care should be taken to prevent the sudden stop of the flux supply and the occurrence of strong arc exposure and burn eyes. Therefore, ordinary protective glasses should be worn during welding.
(4) The welding handle of semi-automatic submerged arc welding should have a fixed place to prevent short circuit.
(5) The components of submerged arc automatic welding flux contain manganese oxide and other substances harmful to the human body. Although it does not produce visible fumes like manual arc welding, it will produce a certain amount of harmful gas and vapor. Therefore, it is best to have local exhaust ventilation equipment at the workplace.
