Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a manufacturer which is located in Foshan City, Guandong Province, China, with more than 10 years experiences of produce dining room furniture, living room furniture and bedroom furniture.
Q2: What's your delivery time if i place an order?
Around 15-25 days when i get your order confirmation and received deposits.
Q3: How do i know what will fit in my space?
Our design team are experts in space planning! Please send us photos and/or dimensions of your room and we will help you create the perfect size and configuration.
Q4: What's the warranty?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty of the frames, 5 years on the springs, and 3 years on all the cushions. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse of the product, or items used in a commercial setting.
Q4: Are all the fabirc / leather included in the price?
We have around 100 fabrics / leather to choose from that are included in the price of our pieces. We also have a selection of upgraded fabrics / leather that are patterns or more intricate in texture that can add 25-40% to the cost. Most clients choose a “standard fabric / leather”, and only upgrade accent pillows for a very minimal charge. Have something very specific in mind? We also accept C.O.M fabric (customers own material). Feel free to purchase fabric / leather from the store of your choosing and we will ship it to our factory to make your pieces in.
Q5: Why are your prices different from as it shown on Alibaba?
The prices showing on Alibaba are just price ranges for references, actual price will be up to purchase quantities , material selection, shipping way ( LCL or FCL) and etc.
Q5: How will you handle LCL shipment (or combine with different manufacturer)?
We acceptable to do like this for trial order, but there will be some extra charges for loading in different locations and if your other vendor's terms is EXW, we will charge for local FOB fees, trucks shared based on respective cubic meters.
Q6: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, the sofa is yours once our factory starts production. Our sales associates will make sure that you get the sofa of your dreams, so there’s no need to exchange!
Q7: What is the most durable fabric?
Microfiber, of which we have over 50 different color options. Microfiber holds up extremely well if you have children and/or pets. Spilled liquids will bead up, and you can spot clean with a water-dampened cloth or baby wipes. The cushion casings can even be machine-washed at home!
Q8: What kind of leather do you offer?
For our custom line, we offer genuine top grain leather, bonded leather (recycled genuine leather), and synthetic vinyl.
Q9: What if I don't see the style I am looking for?
E-mail us a picture of the sofa style you want and we see if can replicate it for you.
