1. What is the condensing type steam boiler:
The condensing steam boiler uses an efficient condensing waste heat recovery device to absorb the sensible heat in the high-temperature flue gas discharged by the boiler and the latent heat released by the condensation of water vapor to achieve the purpose of improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
2. Why choose a condensing steam boiler? What are its advantages?
(1) The thermal efficiency of traditional gas (oil) boilers generally can only reach 85%~92%, and the exhaust gas temperature is generally 140~250ºC. Excessively high exhaust gas temperature makes the water produced when the fuel burns into superheated water vapor in the flue gas, and finally loses from the chimney along with the flue gas.
(2) The condensing boiler uses the principle that a large amount of latent heat of vaporization can be released by condensing water vapor into liquid water. By adding a flue gas waste heat recovery device, the exhaust gas temperature is reduced to 50~70ºC. It can fully recover the sensible heat in the flue gas and the condensation latent heat of water vapor. The thermal efficiency reaches 98%.
