Italy high quality original J-next SUBLY Extra JXS-65 sublimation ink is a new water-base ink especially in digital printers.With digital printer it is particularly suitable for polyster textiel used in aports and out wear as well as for a variety of plastic substrates used in the manufacturing of skis, snowboards, skateboards, windsurfs, and other products.
Characteristics:
1.J-Teck sublimation inks are dispersed dyes within an eco-friendly liquid carrier that are printed onto paper.
2.The dispersed dyes are transferred from the paper to a textile creating a vibrant image.
3.J-Teck's ink formula has made it possible for the dyes to run through high speed print heads without clogging.
4.Sublimation inks have a wide variety of applications, from sports-wear to plastic substrates.

Application:

1.Printing on polyester and polymmid(Lycra, Nylon)fabrics used in sportswear and outdoor wear in general.

2.Printing on mixed synthetic fabrics(min 60% of synthetic fibres) used in sportswear and outdoor wear in general.

3.Printing on plastic substrates used in the manufacturing of sport equipment such as ski, snowboard, skateboard, windsurf, etc

4.Printing on every substrates (wood, cermics, glass) overprinted with polyester-based or polyammid-based coatings.

COMPATIBILITY Paper

Any coated sublimation paper can be used with J-Teck inks. This includes the "Tacky" coated paper. Tacky paper is slightly coated with an adhesive to eliminate any movement between the paper and textile during the transfer. Depending on the paper, printer, textile and environment, a particular paper brand will be better suited for the job than another.

J-Teck inks are tested with all major brand printers and papers to offer unbiased commentary to our customers. There are no financial incentives as we recommend the right printer or paper for our inks to see optimal image results.
