I: Platform system
As for platform,it adopts oil cylinders driving sliding rail type structure.It is made of Q345 high strength steel plate with reasonable constructure.The surface of the platform adopts punching plate technology, which not only reduces dead weight bus also facilitates the use of tools like bangdage.
The minimum inclination angle is of 8 degree when the platform is fully extended, and the slope is relatively gentle to make sure there is no contact with vehicle bottom during the whole loading & unloading process.
II:Lifting system
Lifting system is driven by internal & external telescopic type oil cylinder made of Q345. And it has advantages like large lifting force and stability under the condition of strength. The working model is as follows: When the cylinder low down the lifting arm, the telescopic arm extends until the front bracket of the swinging arm reaches the lifting position of vehicle. And then place the rear bracket and insert the plug, tie up the lifting arm with towed vehicle by bandage. And with the retraction of oil cylinder, the vehicle is lifted.
III:Operation mechanism
The operation mechanism is an auxiliary joint operation mechanism, which allows the operator operate at both sides of the vehicle. And it allows the operator operate at the side far from the lane ,Thus both convenience and safety is guaranteed.
IV:Hydraulic systemThe towing truck is mainly controlled through the hydraulic system and the torque is the transferred through the PTO. POT is connecting with gear pump, and it finally connects to each pipeline. multiple directional valve, balancing valve and hydraulic lock is provided in the hydraulic pipelines.
