The door frame mould main type has the 300mm 260mm 220mm 140mm 100mm, the decoration profile type mold section is quite many type, and you can make your choice according to own enterprise product and the market condition. In the process of making the mould, all of them are made of 3cr17 material of high quality mould steel. According to the characteristics of friction strength of WPC material, the hardness of the material is specially adjusted, so that the service life of the mould can be greatly improved. In the optimization and design of wide WPC door mould, it is easy to use and maintain, high production rate,air cylinder operation and humanized. The production workshop recommends that at least three workshops, light steel structures, 24 meters wide and 60 meters long.A workshop is for basic material production workshop, mainly for setting of the machine line, the temporary stacking of the basic material, the working group between the molds, the workshop office and Storage room of the workshop.B workshop is for setting of the mixing and the granulation/pelletizing equipment. Of course, B must be separated and independent ,it mainly for the storage of raw materials. The raw materials include all kinds of PVC, production auxiliaries, calcium carbonate, wood powder and so on. The raw materials are required to be stacked separately and divided into the stacking areas to avoid pollution. The main of the C workshop is the woodworking processing and supporting machine- surface treatment equipment setting.We also need have other independent room to set lamination equipment such as drawings.

Door surface polishing equipment is also necessary, the equipment can be precisely polished door, door frame surface small defects and uneven can be modified! Thus better access to the next surface transfer printing process.
Woodworking equipment also includes high speed board sawing table machine, it is recommended two sets, one surface laser engraving machine, 10 manual sanding machine, used for manual polishing of various substrate surfaces. The equipment is shown below.

The above is the basic machine of production equipment. In the external soft environment,the water, electricity and gas are very important. The water can used for cooling and also recycled. My suggestion is to dig a pool with a depth of 4 meters, a length of 10 meters and width of 6 meters, and this is two level recycled water system. You also be equipped with 100 t cooling water tower if you have this wish and money!
Power condition: according to the power requirements of the all equipment and development of the future production, i recommended that the power supply of the whole plant be equipped with a 500KVA transformer. If the production get expanded in the future, it can be increased!
Gas configuration; i recommended to buy a set of air compressor, the type is 22kW ,3. 5 m³, so that the whole plant of pneumatic equipment can be enough power! (additional capacity needs to be considered).
