JFA5300 artificial intelligent controller adopt real artificial intelligent equation. The instrument start-up self-tuning function, which can find the best parameter automatically according to the character of controlled object, to achieve good control performance. There is no need for manual tuning parameters, the accuracy basically is ±0.1ºC, no overshoot and undershoot, up to advanced level in international. This instrument can use together with kinds of transmitter and sensor, to measure and display these physical quantity like temperature, pressure, level, volume and force. This instrument also can work with various of actuator to make PID adjustment and control, alarm control, data collection for electronic heating equipment, electromagnetic equipment and electric valve. It's suit for industrial furnace, electric furnace, oven, testing equipment, shoe making machine, plastic injection machine, packaging machine, food machine, printing machine.

Arithmetical operation function is optional, there are three model of addition( subtraction ) , multiplication and division.
Equipped with 36 kinds single input type, users can program input type arbitraryby requirement. Measure accuracy is 0.2%FS.
Thermal resistance/ thermo couple signals resolution are switchable: 1ºC or 0.1ºC.
Equipped with upper and lower bounds alarm function, delayed alarm, break alarm, flashing alarm with LED alarm light indicate.
