The JP series outdoor low-voltage integrated distribution boxes integrate such functions as measuring, outlet wiring and reactive compensation into one, in addition to the protection functions against short circuit, overload, overvoltage, and electric leakage. Model Description
Structure and characteristics
The integrated distribution box integrates such functions as energy measuring, measurement and control, and reactive compensation into one, and features small volume, compact structure, good sealing, high protection level, easy installation, and low cost. It makes use of natural air convention for cooling, with a good effect. The cabinet is made of stainless steel, with good resistance to corrosion and rusting. It also has a large compensation capacity, up to 180kVar. Molded case circuit breakers are used for control and protection. Optional electric operating mechanism and user site management system allow for remote operation, meeting the intelligent requirements. Its features also include:
a)The whole housing of the basic type is made of stainless steel, and the inside is divided into protection switch compartment for outlet wire control, main circuit isolating distance and measuring mutual inductor installation compartment, reactive compensation compartment, and measuring instrument compartment.
b)There are enough cooling slots at the bottom and top of the box, so a natural ventilation channel is formed from bottom to top for cooling.
c)All contacting parts of the primary busbar are tinned, to increase the corrosion resistance of the busbar and reduce the contact resistance.
d)If needed, the integrated box can utilize the intelligent dynamic reactive compensation device composed of the combination of intelligent dynamic compensation controller and contactor or composite switch.
