Besides, we always put a buffer tank beside the filling machine, it has two ball float valve and electrical control box to control the liquid level, it candecrease the air return time from the filling valve, so that increase the filling capacity.

Auxiliary equipments
Air conveyorAir conveyor is horsed on the floor, Gift Box & Bag with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at everyentrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are blocked on the neck in theconveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power. All are made of stainless steelANSI304, except the horses, board of plastic and nylon.
Flat conveyor
1.Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt andengine, making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam.
2. Conveying belt is designed by module, component can be interchanged easily, with compact structure, low noise, easy assembling and maintaining, good flexibility to combine thebottle type according to the different capacity.
3. The design of electrical control is advanced and rational, we can design the controlmethod , select the electrical control component according to client's layout, to improvethe conveying stability
