KN95 mask tablet machine is a machine used for automatic production of finished planar masks made of multi-layer materials. It can use 1-4 layers of KN95 PP spunbonded non-woven activated carbon and filter materials. The whole machine operates automatically in one line from raw material input to nose line insertion, edge sealing and cutting. The temperature and humidity of the workshop are controlled according to the production process of the customer, and the mask machine has no temperature and humidity requirements. The mask machine does not need a dust suction device, but it needs to clean and maintain the periphery of the equipment regularly. The mask machine does not have an automatic packaging machine. Customers can customize the packaging machine individually according to the relevant dimensions of the mask machine. The mask machine does not have disinfection equipment.
