HSEP series electric dust collector
HSEP series electrostatic precipitator is a new type of high efficiency electrostatic precipitator which is designed and manufactured on the basis of advanced technology of domestic and foreign electric dust collection. It has the characteristics of more reasonable technology, convenient installation and maintenance, more safe and reliable operation, light weight of equipment and high efficiency of dust removal. It is an ideal equipment for controlling dust pollution of industrial kiln, such as electric power, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and so on.
★The selection of equipment and the design of the structure are more flexible. More suitable equipment can be selected according to different working conditions.
★Box frame structure. The equipment is light in weight, high in strength, stable in stability and convenient in installation. It is suitable for dust collecting with high concentration and high negative pressure.
★The matching of plate and line is more reasonable. The advanced plate and line matching effectively improves the average voltage and plate corona current density of the electric field, and has higher dust collection efficiency.
★The flexible air intake and the design of the advanced air distribution device and the dust collecting device enable the equipment to meet the different process layout and treat the gas with different dust concentration.
