Part 1: N95 Semi-Auto face mask folder

*This mask machine is suitable for multi layer of 1~4 non woven and belt brown fabric material. It is full auto from fabric feeding to folding process. Mask machine is the multi layer non-woven cloth through hot pressing, folding forming, waste removal, ear with nose bar welding and other processes to produce a variety of masks with a certain filtering performance, mask equipment is not a single machine, it needs the cooperation of multiple machines to complete a variety of different processes.

*The equipment is used for ear band welding after forming the sheet mask. The equipment adopts semi-automatic process flow of automatic belt feeding, automatic thread cutting, automatic positioning, manual placement of mask and ultrasonic welding. The equipment has stable performance, beautiful welding points and high working efficiency. It is suitable for primary sheet mask and N95 mask.
