Paper Making Process

take recycled waste paper as raw material for example

( raw material---> pulp---> kraft jumbo roll---> various type paper products )

Main Sections

1.Headbox & Fourdrinier Wire Section:

(1) Fourdrinier table length is usually between 13m and 24m.(decided by working speed).
(2) It can select open-type headbox when the working speed is less than the 250m/min;
(3 )Select the air-cushioned headbox when the working speed is more than 250m/min.
(4)The dewatering components are usually uses the stainless steel vacuum suction box. Full ceramic girder or inserted ceramic girder.

2.Press Section:

(1) The press consists of a vacuum suction device, four rollers twin press and one main press.
(2) Four rollers twin press specially suit for making of kraft paper and culture paper.
(3 )The main press can improve press nip width dewatering wet sheet strength and finished paper density.

3. Drying Section:

(1) It usually uses several dryer cylinder groups with the diameter of Φ1500mm or Φ1800mm. drive: closed gear box each dryer group single drive or single gear box each dryer group multi-points drive.
(2) When wet paper enters into dryer section, it can select different leading way and paper orientation according to PM working speed, production basis weight and pulp impurity.
(3) The wetting size can increase about 180% finished paper ring crush index.

(1) Packaging:
Products will be packaged according to their shapes, weight, transport distance and transport modes. Large machines will be packaged in sections. Every part of export machinery will be in standard export wooden package, waterproof film, straw rope, carton box ,etc, which will ensure the intactness of the products.
(2) Delivery:
1. sea transportation is from Shanghai, Tianjin, Qindao seaport or other ports.
