1. When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we can put you on 1st priority.
2. How can I get a sample for evaluation?
After price /confirm/iation, you can require samples for evaluation.
If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost. But the sample cost will be deducted from order when your order quantity up to MOQ or more.
3. Can I put my logo on the product?
Yes. You can put your logo on the product when your order quantity up to MOQ or more. FYI, we accept files in AI, PDF, Core Draw.
4. Can you proceed production according to our design?
Yes. We can proceed production according to your own design or sample, which related to digital alarm clock, aroma diffuser and coin bank, etc. If you do not have sample, a mock up sample fee will be charged before mould making.
5. How long can I expect the sample?
After the sample charges have been paid, the samples will be ready within 1-10 days. The samples will be sent via courier under your account and will be arrived within 3-7 days. If you do not have an courier account, you can prepay to us for handle.
6. What about the lead time for mass production?
Normally, the lead time for MOQ is about 10-35 days, the actual lead time to be depended on youur order quantity and the model. In order to meet your in-house date, it better to start working with us for details at least 60 days before.
7. What are your delivery terms?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF and Express. You can choose any one most convenient or cost effective to you.
