LVDCNC N95 full-auto mask inner ear band production line

This machine is an all-in-one machine of automatic 3D folding mask. From the feeding of cloth to the completion of automation of finished products, including upper bridge strip, printing, spot welding of elastic ear belt, folding, forming, welding and cutting of finished products, waste removal, and finished product output. It can realize full automatic production on a machine, and only needs one person to operate.

Lvdcnc series auto falt mask machine features:
 1. Machine is inaluminum alloy rack, with light and simple appearance.
2. Can make the mask of 2-5 layer raw per required.
3. Machine is withnose clip insertion device: the nose clip can be inserted duringproducing, then following fold welding and forming function. It can save labor and time.
4. Servo motor drive,with automatic countingfunction, PLC control, can guarantee exact dimension of mask.
5. Output of low-speed machine is 30-35 pieces/min, while output of high-speed machine is 45-60pieces/min.

Equipment introduction

The high-speed film machine adopts ultrasonic welding technology to automatically produce 2-5 layers of butterfly mask body (such as 3M company's 9001, 9002 series masks). Automatically complete the operation, manual feeding and automatic feeding; the included processes include coil feeding, nose beam feeding, mask texture welding, mask cutting, and main body cutting. The equipment produces the main body of the butterfly mask through the cooperation of the feeding system, the fabric forming system, and the nose beam forming and cutting system. In order to meet the market demand, the mold can be simply replaced to adapt to the production of various types of butterfly mask bodies .
