Work Process

Head Rig

The Primary saw cuts the logs into sawn boards.

Sawing for Length

Sawing the Boards for fixing the Length.

Edging

Removes irregular edges and defects from sawn boards.

Glueing

Glueing the side of the uniform pieces and Splicing them together.

Pressing

The Spliced pieces will be getting thought the cold pressing process for making sure all the glued pieces be stable.

Clamping

Clamping the glued boards by Clamps
