KBF box-type furnace is equipped with Sweden Kanthal resistance wires as heating elements, and is provided with a double-layer shell structure and a Japan SHIMADEN 40-segment program temperature control system. The furnace hearth is made from alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and an air cooling system is arranged between double layers of the furnace shell to realize rapid temperature rising and reduction. The box-type furnace has the advantages of balance temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rising and reduction speed, energy conservation and the like, and is an ideal product for colleges and universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises to carry out high-temperature sintering, metal annealing and quality test.
