Our laminated hooks are in accordance with standard DIN 15407 for the iron and steel sector, We can manufacture laminated hooks from 16 tn. To 500 tn. We use material of S355N, S420N and even S460N to ensure the qualtiy. We inspect the hook by means of ultrasound and chemical and mechanicals trials.
MANUFACTURING STEPS:
#1 Laminated hook plated are leveled, flame cut, predrilled and then tack welded together.
#2 Hook Plate holes are countersunk.
#3 Plate lamination are riveted together using a special air powered riveting machine.
#4 Hook plated are riveted together. Rivets are placed in an electric heater until red hot.
#5 hot rivets are inserted from bottom side.
#6 Rivets are punched using the riveting machine
#7 properly punched rivet
