1. Are you factory or trading company ?
-We are a factory with more than 300 workers, and covering 20000 square meters since 1998.We have following workshop : carpentry workshop, polishing workshop, fully enclosed dust-free paint workshop, assembly workshop, warehouse, factory office and showroom.

2. What’s your mainly business ?
-We are professional in furniture area more than 10 years. Our main products are children furnitures & dining room furnitures. Moreover we offer solutions for apartment, restaurant, coffee shops, tea shop, wine bar etc.

3. What's the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) ?
-There is no MOQ for in stock & standard products. MOQ>100 sets for customized products.

4. What’s the payment terms?​ ​​
-30% deposit for standard products, and balance should be paid before shipment.
-50% deposit for customized products, and balance should be paid before shipment.

5. What payment you can accept?​
We can accept Cash, TT, Western Union and Trade Assurance.

6. What are your cooperative partner and your main market?
-Our partners are from America, Australia, Canada, Germany, England, India,our main market are Europe.America.Australia etc.

7. How long is the delivery time?
-It depends on your project, such as the size, quantity, style and workmanship etc. Normally the delivery time is about 15-20 working days for custom orders. Normal products lead time 3-5 days.

8.How do you ensure the quality of the products?
-We offer high quality furnitures.
1).High quality material: Solid / particle board, metal, stainless steel, plastic / acrylic etc.
2).Rich experiences workers: More than 80% of our workers have over 8 years experience.
3).Strick QC: During the manufacturing, our Quality control department will take inspection 4 times, also we will send photos to you, and welcome to come to check the quality before shipping.

9.How about your package way?
-Package in standard carton or customized: we use knocked down package to save shipping cost.

10.How about the After-sales service?
-We offer thoughtful after-sales service.
1) 2 years warranty. We can replace the parts free and load in the next container.
