HowtoUse Ceramic BBQ Grill ?

1. Prepare appropriate amout of chrcoal and a fire starter,then lighting the charcoal

(the charcoal will be lighted within ten minutes);

2. Put your cooking grid on the top of the fire ring, keep the top and bottom vent are open to make sure the kamados are well ventilated;

3.about ten minutes later, put your food on the cooking grid, take care of the inside temperature of the Ceramic BBQ Grill, make some adjustment according to the thermometer;

4. Few minutes later, the food will be well cooked.

Generally, We use the solid carton, made of 5 layers corrugated imported brown paper, to pack theKamado Eggs. It is very strong, and can pass the international ISTA-2B standard.
