Raymond mill machine description:
Raymond mill is widely used in minerals grinding process of metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, mining and other fields.The particle size of the final product can be adjusted from 80-325 mesh at random, which can meet the different user requirements.We have 3 roller Raymond mill, 4 roller Raymond mill and 5 roller Raymond mill for choice.
Raymond mill machine Working Principles:
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the required size of Raymond mill, which is lifted up to the hopper.Secondly, the raw material goes into the grinding chamber through the vibrating feeder at an even rate.Thirdly, the raw material lifted by the shovel is ground into powder between the ring and roller.Fourthly, the powder is blown up to the cyclone collector through the classifier, which will be collected through the discharging valve.The unneeded powder, which cannot go through the classifier, will be reground into the needed powder.
Raymond mill machine features:
1.The whole plant is a vertical structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area.From crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production system.
2.Compared with other milling plants, its passing ratio achieves 99%, which is what other mill can not reach.
3.Driving system of main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley, and drives smoothly and operates reliably.
4.Main parts of the whole plant are made from cast and steel of high quality.The technic is so subtly that the durability of whole plant can be guaranteed.
5.The electric control system is centralized controlled, so the automaticity is high, no people needed in the operating room.
