Properties
This product is white or almost white powder.
Pharmacology
Lincosamide antibiotics. Lincomycin belongs to the lincosamide group. It has a strong effect on Gram-positive bacteria, such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus hemolyticus and Pneumococcus, and has inhibitory effects on anaerobic bacteria such as Clostridium tetani and Bacillus perfringens. Effect; weaker effect on mycoplasma. It also has a certain effect on Treponema swine dysentery and Toxoplasma gondii. Gram-negative aerobic bacteria are usually not sensitive. Oral administration in animals is fast but not completely absorbed, and the bioavailability of oral administration in pigs is 20% ~ 50%. Part of the drug is metabolized in the liver, and the original drug and its metabolites are excreted through bile, urine and milk.
Function and Use
Lincosamide antibiotics. It is used to treat gram-positive bacterial infections of pigs and chickens, such as swine dysentery, chicken necrotizing enteritis, etc. It can also be used for mycoplasma infections of pigs and chickens.
Usage and Dosage
based on this product. Mixed drinking: per 1 L of water, 0.4 ~ 0.7 g for pigs for 7 days; 1.5 g for chickens for 5 ~ 10 days.
Adverse reactions
This product has neuromuscular blocking effect.
Precautions
1. Banned during laying hens.
2. Animals allergic to this product or infected with Candida should not be used.
Withdrawal period
Pigs and chickens 5 days.
