The liquid additive equipment is used to supply liquid additives continuously and accurately to the outside.It has two drive modes:Electric drive and hydraulic drive.The equipment with electric drive utilizes motor frequency conversion technology to control the discharge rate of metering pump, which has features of easy control, fas response and accurate measurement.The equipment with hydrualic drive is powered by electric motor ( or engine) to drive hydraulic oil pump.The discharge rate of metering pump can be controlled by regulating the flow rate of hydraulic system fluid lines which ensures stable running.
Continuous Liquid Additive Control System
It's usually needed to continuously add various liquid additives in proportion according to techniques requirements for oilfield operations.Compared with manual or mechanical adding, the continuous liquid additives control system can ease labor intensity and improve operation efficiency.

2.Liquid additive control unit module is optional depending upon customer requirement.
3.Auto control the flow rate of liquid additive, with ratio error less than 0.5%.

2.The liquid metering pump utilizes single screw pump, which can delivery various types of fluids with different viscosity, especialy some liquid additives with high viscosity.
3.Friendly human-machine interface, full-automatic control, simple and convenient operation, back-up manual control system.
4.The motor frequency conversation technology is used for controlling the discharge rate of metering pump, which has features of easy control, quick response and accurate measurement.
