The production line is suitable for packaging production such as bottle unscrambling, air washing, filling, capfeeding, cap turning (pressing) (or cap grabbing), aerating,large cap feeding, labeling, cartoning, case packing and palletizing of spray and aerosol bottles in such industries asmedicine, daily chemical industry, chemical industry, etc. Ithas reached the advanced level and can replace similar imported products. It is also suitable for iling of other packaging materials such as droppers.

1. Three -in-one structure of bottle unscrambling, filling and cap turning, taking small floor space with stable and reliable operation.

2. Effective methods are available to complete thefunctions of bottle unscrambling, bottle moving and positioning for various irregular-shaped bottles and flat bottles, meeting the needs for automatic production.

3. The 316L stainless steel plunger pump fllng principleis adopted. The filling volume can be adjusted integrallyor separately. It can adopt servo motor driving. Thefilling volume is adjusted on the man-machine interface.

4. Filling is carried out when there is any bottle, and nofilling is carried out if there is no bottle.

5. The mechanical hand cap taking and cap pressingachieves a high pass rate.

6. Unique function of sucking back filling liquid for smallbottle mouth products, bubble recovery, no leakage.

7. The whole line adopts the PLC control system with variable frequency speed control and high degree of automation.

8. The mechanical hand cap grabbing and cap placing is stable and reliable.

9. The whole line is designed according to GMP requirements.
