1.Are you a factory or trade company?
-------We are a steel casting foundry with machining shop, and we provide you one-stop service, from steel casting design to mold creation to part manufacturing to delivery worldwide.

2.Where is your factory?
-------Our factory located in Ningbo city, which is the biggest sea port in China, and we are 45 km far away to the sea port, and 245 km far away to the Shanghai sea port.

3.What is the MOQ?

-------No MOQ requirements, since most of the parts are custom made, and we will always work out the solution to meet the customers' requirements.

4. What is the lead time?

--------Mold: Manual mold in 5 - 7 days, and automatic mold in 15 days to 20 days

--------Samples Making(including mold creation):15 days - 30 days
--------Mass Production:30-45 days

5.What is your payment terms?
--------Mould:50% T/T down payment, and balance paid upon samples' approval, and the mold charges can be returned if the samples did not approved in three times submission.
--------Mass Production:30% down payment when placing the order, 70% before shipping or against the copy of B/L.
