Product selling point:1.Original imported turbo supercharged engine, with slow-speed of revolution and large torque, low fuel consumption and high performance, consuming 10% less oil than those of the same tonnage. Using the electro-hydraulic proportional two-level control technology, to regulate and control at real time for different working conditions, and reduce the fuel consumption greatly. The "3+3 filter system" is adopted in terms of engine, that is to filter both air and fuel triply, providing multiple protection for the engine.
2.Using "open-centered" valve throttling control technology" and three pump constant power technology", to match the engine with the main pump perfectly, consuming 4.8% less oil than those of the same tonnage. Adopting variable pump control system, through the "closed-centered & load cell throttling control" valve control technology and "load cell & constant power control" pump control technology, to improve the control precision greatly during complex operation.
3.The reinforced swing arm and bucket arm improve the service life by 20%, the bottom of the bucket uses high-strength wear-resisting plate, and the bucket teeth adopt the structural connection of laced snap spring, with large section of tooth tops, improving the service life by 20%. The joint part of the bucket arm with the bucket uses WC plasma spray processing, improving the durability by 11.5%.

4.The electric wiring harness adopts the original imported dust proof, water proof, rust-proof and quakeproof connector clips, to prolong the service life of the electric system by 6.8%.

5.Intensifying the travelling gear at the lower part largely: the track chain is thickened wholly by 10%, thrust wheels, riding wheels and guiding wheels is lubricated by oil seal, the size of chain wheels increases and the three-teeth track shoes are made of new type high-strength alloy steel, prolonging the service life by 8%.
