PET bottle recycling machine line is used to recycle waste PET bottles into pure PET flakes by crushing,

washing, separating and drying. Our PET bottle washing line is a high standard washing line as we put much

resources in designing it. we have different solutions for cleaning PET bottles in bale form and loose form and

plastic bottle flakes; after being washed, dewatered recycled and dried, we will get clean flakes and the water

content will be very low( <1%), which can be used to make granules or fiber or packing material etc. our

washing line has features as high efficiency, working stable, large capacity etc

Further processing:

In the running of the washing production line, we get the end products - PET bottle flakes

Also, there're by-product--mainly PE caps and labels, which can be applied to many aspects.

By other washing lines and single screw granulator, these by-products can be made to PE granule.

PE granules has a wider application to injection molding such as plastic tray, plastic crate baskets, padding for

modified granulation etc.

The application of final PET flakes:
about 60-70% of the PET recycled materials are used to chemical fiber and fiber industry.
about 15-20% of the PET flakes are used to make packing materials.
The rest 10-25% of the PET flakes can be used in the fields of granulation, non-woven fabrics, etc
