The A006E LHD is mainly used for shoveling and transporting blasted ore and rubble in underground mines. It can also be used in railway, highway and tunnel engineering. A006E is suitable for working face with poor working conditions, especially for narrow, low, muddy underground vein mines. The power system of this machine is driven by 380V and 30KW AC motors(Can be customized according to requirement). Motor, hydraulic variable pump, variable motor, transmission gear box, front and rear axles and four rubber wheels to complete driving system, and the swing of front and rear frame adopting rotary bearing joint swing.
The cable winding system is operated by hydraulic pressure. The take-up and releasing of cables are synchronized with the LHD forward and backward. The pressure is stable. The cable over releasing protection device is installed to better protect the cable from being broken.The working system adopts pilot hydraulic control operation, which makes the operation of LHD simpler, more efficient and with lower failure rate. Emergency shutdown system adopts friction disc brake, spring brake, hydraulic relief brake, sudden power failure and immediate brake, which is safe and reliable.
