China Lower Limb Elastic Tourniquet Ring for Exsanguination

Sterile elastic silicone tourniquet ring is newly developed & manufactured in our 100,000 grade GMP workshop which was managed under ISO13485 our quality management system. Our factory carries 10,000 grade sterile physical & chemical laboratories.
Our tourniquet ring consists of elastic ring, stockinet, handle, strap & plastic pad. When the elastic ring is rolled out on the limb in the direction towards heart, the limb will expand to some extent and thus the elastic ring will create a pull strength. On the contrary, the elastic ring will pressure the limb. The pressure then will be conducted to the blood vessel. When the elastic ring arrives at blood stopping area, its pressure on blood vessel wall is slightly higher than the arterial pressure. As a result of this, the flow of blood is hindered and better exsanguination is achieved.

Normally 30 seconds is needed for the procedure. Traditional tourniquets are complicated in procedure. The tourniquet effect tends to be affected if operational irregularities occur. Plus, periodical test and maintainance are required.
