Accuracy :
X axis for whole travel (900mm) within 0.03mm , for each 300mm within 0.01mm
Y axis for whole travel (254mm) within 0.01mm
Spindle nose :0.003mm

DB testing for head
Noise DB is less than 60DB at 1100RPM and 64DB at 2700 RPM

Materials :
HT250 high precision Meehanite casting
Spindle , lead screw and spindle hub , motor hub and gear are imported from Taiwan , P5 class high accuracy spindle bearings
Hardening : Working table is hardened and hardness is over HRC50 all slide ways with heat treatment and with Turcite B.
