4. Working Principle
The materials enter the conveyor of the magnetic soil separator through the feeding port. The front end of the conveyor uses special strong magnetic rollers. The material passes through a closed and strong magnetic field at a suitable speed on the conveyor. Due to the strength of attraction different, when materials spraying outside the belt, the distance of spraying is different. The non-magnetic grain material is sprayed at a long distance and collected from the grain outlet; The magnetic impurities such as soil block and light stone etc are sprayed at a shorter distance and get collected from rejection outlet, thus separating out the grain from soils etc.
