Brush filter with manual drive is made up of the stainless steel wire brush, stainless steel strainer and rotating part. The washing device is installed at the inner side of the stainless steel strainer One handle is installed on the filter cover Turning the handle to lead the washing part to brush off the grain on the strainer, the grain will be discharged from the drainage entrance. The water flow will not stop during the brushing without machine halt and disassembly of the filter for washing the strainer.

1. Filtering precision is from 3500 um to 200 um
2. Simple washing way: by stainless steel brush
3. Anti-corrosion: phosphatization treatment, the outside steel is coated with resin; it also could be with the shell of anti-corrosion of the seawater or the stainless steel body.
4. No cutoff for the backwashing, low water consumption: no more than 1% of the total quantity.

The circulated or non-circulated cooling water system, heat exchange system, central air conditioning system and central heating system in the industries like architecture, chemistry, metallurgy, rubber, paper making, light textile, coal and foods, used to protect the cooling equipment, heat exchange device and air conditioner accordingly.
