MAIN FEATURES
1,All the parts touching with dyeing liquor are wholly made of corrosion resistance super quality stainless steel,featuring long service endurance.
2,Heat exchange coil is set in the bottom of dyeing vessel to reduce heat loss and raise thermal efficiency.
3,Reasonable and Derfect safety performance:This machine adopts self-enclosed hatch seal,the unlock structure is handoperated with safety linkage device,the uncap structure adopts balance weight mode or air-operated mode with balance weight.
4,It adopts the newest designed balanced mixed flow pump of high effiiency and high cavitation resistance.The pump is directly connected to the bottom of the vessel.The forward and backward circulation of dyeing liquor is completed automatically via the reversing system inside the pump.This can reduce the function consumption and raise dyeing efficiency so as to dye the yarn of varions fibers.
5,Low bath ratio(1:6-1:8)can save dyeing liquor and aid to raise economic benefit.
6,It features high automatic level,good technical reproducibilitv and convenient operability,and it predigests the operations of multi-functions,including influent,drainage,inside flox,V and outside flow etc.
7,The electtic motor for the main pump adopts frequency conversion control,the flow call be adjusted randomly and this can reduce the consumption of starting and unloading.

PROGRAM ConTROLLER NET WORK
Programmable computer controller provides automatic process control for dyeing machines at different dyeing stages and the central control network system,which is the most economic way to impose modern control over the entire factory.Single DTC or XYC program controller can be connected to the D/CPM central computer system for programming and monitoring and executing numerous tasks and realizing the overall computerized management and control of the entire workshop.
Remarks
1,Standard design for DF241 series air cushion and fully filled types are provided.You will please specify the machine type.and number of yarn wind when placing your order.E.g.
2,DF241C-1200*9 means type DF241C with internal vat diameter of ø 1200mm and number of yarn wind of 9.
3,Standard yarn column is of diameter of ø48mm;triangle column of ø 30mm is for six-wind package dyeing machine only as optional.Other specifications of yarn columns are available as per needs.Quantity of yarn package is based on standard package of ø 165mm*165mm.Max load is calculated based on 1kg per package yarn.
4,Creels can be tailor-made to match different sizes of yarn bobbins and outer diameters of spools.
