Industrial Roller Brushes can be made with a shaft or an arbor, there are two types from technology - spiral type and punched filled type. Spiral type brush rollers have higher density brushing face but punch filled ones are lower in cost. Punched filled brush is mostly used for general cleaning in the industry.
The brush wire can be corrugated nylon wire, and corrugated stainless steel wire can be used for special requirements. The size of the brush roller is determined by the supporting pickling machinery. Generally, the nylon pickling brush roller is used for oil removal, rust removal, polishing, cleaning, etc.
