Introduction

Besides, the rib-strip is extended and the arc is changes as well to improve the extending length of saw blade from 40mmm to 48mm, also the tooth number of saw blade is increased from 67 to 87 so that the output efficiency can be enhanced. During the process of lint stripping, there is one automatic control and calibration which can be started according to program of this machine. Besides, the motor of cottonseed feeding is equipped with 3-phase transducer ( FRNE11SO.75 ) used for real-time control for cottonseed feeding amount so that the density of cottonseed roller can be fine regulated, also the output, quality and performance can be guaranteed. After regulation, one operator can control 12 machines so that the labor can be saved by two times This machine is your ideal product to replace the current traditional linter machine.
