Hook Safety : Set Limit Switch under 400mm to the head of jib to prevent from damage the head block;
Protection Grade of limit switch is IP56
Electric Control:The electric control unit is placed on the column and contains the following controls/indicators:Main power switch ,"Power on" indicator, "Hoisting" button,Emergency stop buttonThe protection grade of the starter box is IP56; it also contains a anti condensation heating element .
Remote Control:Remote control for lowering, either from inside the rescue boat or control box .Stopping remains possible.
Steel Construction: All seams weld to be under Non-Destructive Detection Inspection. Hydraulic piping and fittings Materials of Pipes: Stainless steel
Our Supply:The davit supply with: hydraulic cylinder, hoisting mechanism, accumulator, limit device, remote control device etc.
Painting: Surface treatment: Shot-blasted to ISO standard SA2.5 grade. Primer paint: zinc epoxy prime 2X40μ
Finish paint: at yard's discretion
Lashing system:In order to secure the rescue boat in stowed position, each davit system will be supplied with an adequate lashing system consisting of two lashing straps with ratchet spanners.
Ladder :For easy access of rescue boat in stowed position, each davit system will be supplied with a galvanised ladder which should be welded on deck by yard.
Hydraulic power pack unit:The hydraulic power pack unit consists of the following maincomponents: Hydraulic pump; Electric motor; Pressure switches; Pressure relief valve; Control valve; Accumulator.
Spare Parts:A detailed spare parts list applied with classification regulations is to be provided.
Yard Supply: Assembly/Erection/all welding to deck ,Electric wiring from power station to control box Testing according to regulations.
Services:12 months quality warranty after vessel delivery or 18 months factory delivery is to be provided and two days servicing time is provided by manufacturer. Our service engineers provide a timely, top quality service at short notice.
Release hook (optional):The release hook is suspended by the wire rope and is of the manual
off-load release type.
