Detailed Introduction

Fan blade is made of Krupp stainless steel by punch forming,no dust, attractive and durable.Special blades shape design ensure larger air volume, no deformation,no broken,keep air volume same all the way.Thickness 1.2mm,surface BA grade.

Both Chinese famous motor and Siemens motor are available.Motor voltage and frequency could be customized.Domestic motor joining open phase protection device,when lack of power,can carry out their own power to control.Motor protection grade IP 55,Insulation Class F.

High strength six-vane impeller, made of aviation aluminum alloy, light weight, high strength, good toughness.

Using imported belts,making sure long service life,free to maintain.

Centrifugal opening mechanism: ensure the shutters completely opened and closed, so that the shutters can reduce the resistance when opening, increase the wind flow; close tightly, can effectively block the wind, light and dust; we are the first using high quality nylon PA66, ensuring the service life .The parts are connected by copper rivets, no rust, good flexibility and reduced friction coefficient; the guide rod is made of 304 stainless steel, plus special materials to ensure the strength, no rust, greatly improving the service life.

Dynamic balance detection: Fan blades are corrected by advanced computer dynamic balance tester, and the dynamic balance is controlled within 1g, which makes the fan run smoothly, with small vibration and low noise, which enhances the stability of the whole machine.
