CangNan JinXiang Badge Factory Founded in 1983, with RMB The fixed assets of 120 million, 65 million working capital, covering an area of 49.7 thousand square meter including 69.4 thousand plant construction area, JinXiang Badge Factory has already developed into a leading large enterprise in the badge industry in China. There are 452 employees in the head office including 217 technician and 82 administrative staff, besides, there are 38 salesmen located in different cities. We are specialized in manufacturing various promotional products like badge, rating plate, garment logo, hanging ornaments, military police badge, button, tie bar, motorcycle and automobile logos and other hardware fitting. Complete equipment enables us a full production line made up of the following technical plant: designing on computers, platemaking, punching, die-casting, rubber patch, baking finish, imitation enamel, cloisonn, spot welding, polishing, oxidization, electroplating, varnishing, assembling and packaging etc. We are able to finish the whole production process from design to package all by ourselves and there's no need of outward processing, which is unreachable by other factories in the same industry in the world.
We have passed the authentication of ISO9001 (quality), 14000(environment),18000(occupational health and safety). JinXiang People keep studying and successfully combine our 30 years' experience with the latest trend and style of arts and crafts in the world, so new products constantly emerge in our factory and are warmly welcomed in Asian, European and North American market. For years, our factory has made various badges for National directly subordinate organizations, government departments and significant activities because of our good reputation, advanced technology and exquisite technical skill.
For example: we have made souvenir badges for the Opening Ceremony of Asian Game in 1990, East Asia Games, 1994 World Cup in American, 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea/ Japan, 1996 National Games for the Disabled, 1997 Chairman Jing visiting America; uniform for army soldiers stationed in Hong Kong in 1997 and soldiers stationed in Macao in 1999 and we also have made souvenir for celebration in Tibet and inner Mongolia autonomous region. Meanwhile we have successfully made more than 300 types of badges for UN Peace Keeping force and police force in more 30 countries, such as America, England, Russia, Japan, Saudi Arabia,, Argentina, Laos and Malaysia etc. For recent 15 years, we are always trial-producing garment logos for The General Logistics Department of PLA and on March 31rd, 2000, we were authorized as"the trial-base of scientic research for military uniform logo". In addition, we are defined as the manufacturer of garment logos by state Departments such as the State Administration of taxation, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, State Administration for Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine, the Ministry of Railways, The Ministry of Health, The Ministry of Justice, The Maritime Supervision Corps, Environmental Protection Burea, State Forestry Bureau, China Security Association, the Supreme People's Court. In June, 2008, we were selected by the communist youth league to make 800 thousand pieces of volunteers of the 29th Beijing Olympic Games and on July the 7th, we were appointed by Sichuan provincial department of commerce as the sole manufacturer of 200 thousand pieces of Memorial medal for Wenchuan earthquake. Especially in 2007, we were set as the manufacturer of 07 new military uniform logo by the Chinese People's Liberation Army and People's Armed Police.
