(1) Structural design
The negative pressure isolation cabin is mainly composed of a foldable cabin and a clean unit. The entire cabin body is made of TPU film heat-sealed. The cabin body is airtight, high mechanical strength, overall permeability, and no patient depression. In the choice of support structure, the arc-shaped support made of ABS material is used. The corners are dull to reduce the harm to the human body; the overall housing of the negative pressure generation system is made of ABS material, which integrates high-efficiency filters, DC fans, control units, lithium batteries, negative pressure testers and other components at the air outlet, and is waterproof. (2) Control design
Design an intelligent control system based on a single-chip microcomputer. The built-in single-chip microcomputer controls the fan speed. The internal pressure is collected by a pressure sensor. When the internal pressure is higher than -15 Pa, the single-chip microcomputer controls the fan to automatically adjust the speed and control the LED lights and buzzer for sound and light. Alarm; integrated operation panel with power display and alarm, cabin pressure display and alarm and other functions, and has the ability to waterproof and corrosion resistance. The distribution of airflow inside the cabin has an important impact on the safety performance of the negative pressure isolation cabin. How to reasonably distribute the air flow in the cabin to achieve a good flow and dispersion effect is very important for the safe isolation of infectious bacteria in the cabin. In the design, Fluent software was combined with the fan characteristic curve, and the multiphase flow model turbulence model was used to test the airflow field in the cabin. According to the actual operation of the negative pressure isolation cabin, the air outlet plane at the negative pressure generating system is set as the cabin air outlet, and the pressure is given by the fan curve. The height of the opening of the high-efficiency filter on the bottom side is consistent with the height near the mouth of the simulated infectious patient, and it is set as the air inlet. Infectious patients often have sneezing symptoms. The simulated air velocity of the mouth of the patient is about 2 m / s.
