Orthopedic Fiberglass Casting Splint is composed by manifold layers of orthopedic casting tapes and specially nonwoven fabric. It is characterize by better viscosity, fast drying time, high rigidness and light weight. Dure to better biocompatibility, polyurethane is widely used in medical fields. Animal study and acute and chronic toxicity test have proved that medical polyurethane is non-toxic and no teratogenecity, no local irritation and no anaphylactic reaction.

2. High hardness & light weight 20 times hard than plaster bandage; light material and use less than plaster bandage;Its weight is plasters 1/5 .

4. Curing Speed It ossifies in 3-5 minutes after open the package and could bear weight after 20 minutes,But plaster bandage need 24 hours for full concretion.

5. Excellent X-ray Projection Good x-ray penetration ability makes X-ray photo clearly without remove the bandage, but plaster bandage need remove to make x-ray inspection.

6. Good waterproofing quality The moisture -absorbed percent is 85% less than plaster bandage, Even the patient touch the water situation, it still could keep dry in the injury position.

A: Yes, we can provide few free samples for your evaluations, but you need to bear the freight cost of samples , If you have courier account, such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS etc, then we can send you samples by freight collect. If not, you can pay us freight cost and then we arrange the delivery of samples for you.
Besides, if the sample quantity is not very big, the samples can be free, Otherwise, you need to pay the sample fees, However, this cost can be deducted from your first order.
5. Q: How long can we except to get samples?
A: For regular products, normally it will be sent out within 3-5 days, but for special or customized samples, it will take about 10-15days.
