Equipment layout requirements:

All the equipment in the oxygen making system generally does not need the foundation. The room interior is smooth and clean. It can be painted on the ground or made of epoxy floor after the installation is completed. But it is necessary to make the foundation if it needs for the large size air compressor, compressed air drying equipment.

Each equipment arrangement sequence in the oxygen making system is arranged in sequence according to the oxygen production process order. Before signing the contract, the user shall provide the equipment installation workshop size map or field map and the air inlet location and the finished product oxygen outlet. Our company will provide the connection diagram for the equipment of the whole oxygen making system according to the user's actual site.

Generally speaking, each equipment is arranged along the factory building wall. Air compressor, refrigerant dryer should be placed on the outlet or well ventilated place. If there is no air storage tank of air compressor, the distance between refrigerant dryer and air compressor should be as large as possible, the pipeline length between them is as long as possible, in order to reduce the compressed air temperature through the atmosphere. The equipment operating surface should be oriented to the convenient operation for the personnel, so as to facilitate the operation, care and the equipment maintenance.
