Cchannel purlinsare manufactured from hi-tensile, zinc coated steelstrips,the processing is cold rolled by machine.The steel standards of Cchannel are Q195/235/345,which is meaning theyield strengthno less than195/235/345MPa.The zinc coating is 60-275g/m²(coating mass).For other standard requirement and zinc coating,please indicate,when inquiry.We could also accept to make steel purlins in ASTM standards,EN standards or AS standards.Regarding zinc coating,our max coating is 450g/m².Please be noted,thank you.

5.Packaging and handling:
Our Cchannelpurlins and girts are supplied in strapped bundles.Usually bundle size is dependent,as persection size, length and total order,but generally, unless specified otherwiseStencil , bundles will weighapproximately 500kg (maximum) for ease of handling and cranage.
Under normal conditions,wecan supply purlins in lengths up
toyour requirement.Lengths longer than this have special transport andon-site handling requirements. Care must be taken when handlinglong lengths. Lifting must be carried out using asuitable spreaderbeam with properly located lifting points and slings.

1)All rigging, scaffolding and safetyequipment must comply with thelocalstandards and statutory requirements;
2)Our steel prulinsare not designed to be walked on unless fullycovered by correctly installed roofing materials or the correct gradeof safety mesh;
3)This product must be handled using aproperly supervised crane or suitable lifting device. When working on the ground, the belts must always be used when installing pur and g. In any case, no weight shall be placed on the bridge, or on the g-bars that areValve Parts not completely fixed in place and are properly bridged. The bolts must be of the correct size and grade and all bolts must be fully tightened during installation.
