metal tube settler (lamella clarifier):

It is used in Oil gas processing, oil& water separator's environmental protection equipment, crude oil processing coalescer, three phase and two phase separator,slug catchers and so on.

Mainly application:

1. Remove sand from inlet

Widely apply in ndustrial and domestic sewage precipitation, isolation of oil treatment.

2. Regard as Inclined plate oil separator

When the oil and sewage is discharged into the first treatment area,the oil and scum in the water quickly rise to the surface of the water, and the large particles sink into the dregs.After the slag, the sewage into the oil and water separation zone through the isolation plate.Through the sewage flow rate and density difference,Suspended oil, oil particles and particles are isolated to the surface,the wastewater is then introduced into the bio-disc processor from below the separator.After multi-layer filtration and biological treatment of the final discharge.
