PRODUCTS INFORMATIONWorking principle
The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is beautiful in appearance and well-made. Set crushing, grading, mixing, homogenization in one. Crushing principle: Using the fluid mechanics in aerospace technology, it is designed into several supersonic nozzles, which are assembled on the circular fuselage of the crushing zone. When the treated pure compressed air is accelerated by the nozzle, the feeding system is loaded into the machine to be pulverized during the spraying process, and the material sprayed by the same principle is directly irradiated. Aplurality of nozzles (or guns) are formed to be sprayed toward the same focus, and the material is crushed by shearing, impacting, and rubbing.
The pulverized material is sent to the classification zone by the ascending airflow. The high-speed rotating grading wheel is used to classify the qualified powder by centrifugal force. After passing through the grading wheel, it is sent to the cyclone (also called gas-solid separator) with the airflow, and the micro-pole is collected. The fine powder advances with the airflow and enters the trap (also known as the precipitator), and the gas is emptied and the powder is filtered.
